Product Representation
We strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variations and the handmade, made-to-order nature of our items, slight differences in color, sizing, or appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

Made-to-Order Acknowledgment
All wearable items are made to order. By purchasing, you acknowledge that production begins after a limited window and that orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded beyond that point.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:

• Selecting correct sizes, styles, and quantities
• Providing accurate shipping and billing information
• Reviewing all policies prior to purchase

Failure to review or understand policies does not qualify for exceptions, refunds, or chargebacks.

Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policy

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for reasons that violate our stated policies.

In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors, including:

• Shipping and delivery confirmation

Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of their delivery location.
