Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy – Moody Moon Company
Checkout Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to all store policies and understand that:
All products are made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing, ordering errors, or change of mind.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details before completing purchase. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund or chargeback.
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for reasons outlined in this policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded for any reason.
Made-to-Order Items
All wearable products are made to order. Because of this, we do not keep inventory in alternate sizes for immediate exchange.
Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page, and we strongly encourage customers to review measurements carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to purchase, we’re happy to help!
Exceptions:
We will offer a exchange only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was sent
- There is a clear manufacturing error
- If the item was a gift (case specific)
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges are subject to a production turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
Because all items are made to order, we cannot guarantee faster processing.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns for refunds due to incorrect sizing, customer ordering errors, or change of mind.
Final Sale Items
Any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- In some cases, you may be required to return the original item before a replacement is issued.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, or misuse is not eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Moody Moon Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
